Shipping policy

There are 2 shipping methods we are using. Registered Airmail and EMS (Hong Kong speed post service)

¡E  The total weight per order less or equal to 1 kg. We prefer to use REGISTERED AIR MAIL as a shipment method.

¡E  Normally, it takes 7-14 days form Hong Kong to European Countries and US. Sometimes, it may takes up to 4 weeks.

¡E  It is better and cheaper to ship the order by registered air mail when the order weight was less than 1kg. When the order weight is more than 1kg, we recommended shipping the order by EMS. AS some countries may not support the EMS service. In this situation, we may ship the order by registered airmail even the total order weight is more than 1kg.

¡E  Shipments that cannot be packed in boxes with no side greater than 60cm in length, or with a total size (length + width + height) greater than 90cm will be shipped by EMS.

¡E  The maximum weight up to 20kg

  ¡E  Registered Airmail provided Tracking Number after your order is shipped, but here is no online tracking facility in your country. you can track your package at Hong Kong Post.

¡E  The total weight per order more than 1 kg, we perfer to use EMS for shipping method.

¡E  Normally, it takes 1-3 days form Hong Kong to European Countries and US after your order is shipped. Sometime it may up to 1 week to ship depend on which country you are.

¡E  It is the fastest to ship by EMS. If you choose EMS for an order weight less than 1kg, the shippment will be charge as 1kg weight. Any detail, you can find it at EMS table below.

¡E  There are not all countries having EMS service. If the countries have no EMS service, the order will ship by Register Airmail no matter how many the weight is (see the EMS table below).

¡E  EMS have online tracking facility, you can track your order online.

Any table or shipping cost show and calculate were by using US dollar for reference.

All the above table just a reference, the actually shipping charge will show you when you check out your order. If you cannot see shipping method and charge when you check out your order, just contact us.

Shipping Charge is calculated based on the weight, dimension and destination of the order.
20kg is the maximum for a Package.

The Max shipping weight per package is 20kg. For Example: your order total weight is 40kg, the system will calculated by 2 * 20kg shipment charge. 28kg may calculated by 2 * 14kg shipment; however, your order max weight is unlimited. Do not worry.

An additional 50g will add to your order for the packaging weight.

If you want to use other shipping Method, such as UPS, DHL, please contact us as soon as possible for the details once you made the order and payment. We will quote the additional shipping charge for you. After your agreement, we will send you invoice for the charge and ship it by the shipping method as requested.

We will give you the EMS tracking number after product has been send, you can track your order by the website link in the EMS table.

Orders are automatically shipped from Hong Kong Office when all items are in stock.

First: Please wait! It is still on the way
Second: Please call your local post office & provide the Register Tracking No. They will let you know where is your parcel.
Third: Contact us urgently. We will call our post office to check it out!

Warranty and Returns policy

All of our products are 100% new, we do not sell any used or refurbished products, all products are sealed in box, we will check for 100% workable then send it out.

All products are come from Hong Kong, Japan, Europe or USA. If your product has problem you can sent it back for free checking within a month (you need to paid all postage), but it may need repairing fee when your product need change parts.

The legal title of the good passes to the owner once the good is shipped. The product is Non-refundable under any circumstances (including shipping problem) unless the good is faulty (the returning cost is not included).
